From the Return of Cruising with my Clients to earning Top Independent Agent for May, there's so much good news to share!
Top Agent
I'm beyond grateful for my clients who entrusted me to facilitate the sales of nearly $2 million in real estate this last May. With their help, I was listed as the top independent agent with Rovi Homes, sharing the board with Tracy Torres, Kim Alston, and many other brilliant Western MA realtors.

Homes Sold
I locked down accepted offers all in my home town of Holyoke. I helped buyers buy in a historically competitive housing market across the Pioneer Valley, securing sales during a time when prospective home owners are putting out offers weekly in a landscape of bidding wars. It's a daunting time and I don't for a second overlook the amount of trust my clients put in me.
Donations
With every closing I donate to a charity or organization of my client's choice. This May, Dakin Humane Society, a local pet shelter, was the most chosen organization! Since its inception in 1969, Dakin has become one of the most recognized nonprofit organizations in the Pioneer Valley and a national leader in animal welfare. The next frontrunner was a variety of local food banks.
New Listings
I also geared up to list condos, townhouses, and homes alike in Westfield, South Hadley, Northampton, and my home town of Holyoke. I'm happy to bring more houses to market!
This work is relational, and I'm endlessly thankful for all the support I receive which allows me to continue to service my amazing clients to the best of my abilities.
Local Business Highlight: Sláinte
Featuring local business has been a paramount to me. I love Western Mass, from the Book Mill in Montague to the Academy of Music in Northampton. But most of all, I love my home town of Holyoke and the rich food scene and the constant evolution of the city as it adapts and find it's footing in it's post industrial life.
This May I shared my fifth installment of my series Paper City Eats which focuses on the long withstanding and new pillars of Holyoke's food scene. As the newest edition in the series, I showcased Sláinte, a fine dining experience established in 2013 that's made a name for itself for it's scenic views of Mount Tom and local brews.
And while Pride has looked a little different over the past few years, Sláinte will be welcoming non-binary drag queen Hors D'oeuvres back for her consistently sold out drag brunch in September, the first show she's hosted since the pandemic (Springfield's X Room has also seen the return of their monthly drag brunch and evening show hosted by Holyoke's very own Puerto Rician performer, Hella Swagg).
Looking Ahead
There are several moments when I try to mark my gratitude, from Pie Day to Thank You cards and more. This year with vaccines rolling out, I'll be starting up my River Cruise event again! I treat clients from the past year (or in this case, 2) with drinks and views as we set sail down the Connecticut River.
I've emailed all my clients and sent invites on Facebook. If you bought or sold a home with me in 2020 or 2021 and haven't heard from me, you can find the invite list here!
Here's a video from my river cruise in 2019 - it's hard to believe it's been 2 years!
